Effective People is seeking an APS6 WHS advisor in Canberra to support work health and safety, injury management, rehabilitation and wellbeing across the organisation. This is a non-ongoing, hybrid role with specific arrangements to be agreed with your supervisor.
You will manage sensitive workplace cases, provide practical, risk-based WHS advice to employees and managers, and contribute to risk management, investigations and policy implementation, ensuring compliant, sustainable outcomes.
