Mr Bartolo is a well-established café located on Bridge Road in Richmond, Melbourne. We pride ourselves on serving quality coffee, fresh food and providing a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.
We are now taking applications for an experienced Senior Barista to join our team at Mr Bartolo.
The Role
As a Senior Barista, you will work closely with the Store Manager and your duties will include:
Preparing and serving specialty coffee and hot drinks
Maintaining high standards of coffee quality and presentation
Cleaning and sanitising work areas, utensils and equipment
Serving customers and operating the POS system
Engaging positively with customers and team members
Assisting with opening and closing of the café
Supporting the team during busy service periods
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Barista
Robust coffee-making skills and knowledge
Friendly,
positive and customer-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Confident communication skills
Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
