Hewitt is seeking a Group Financial Controller to own the integrity of financial reporting across a multi-regional business, reporting to the CFO. You will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close, consolidate P&L;, balance sheet and cash flow, and shape a scalable, best-practice financial control workplace.
You will build solid controls, partner with finance, commercial, treasury and operations, and drive ERP optimisation, process improvements, and compliance across entities.
