The Chance:

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Senior Account Executive to join their insurance broking team in Newcastle. In this role, you'll take ownership of an established portfolio while continuing to build and expand your own book. If you enjoy connecting with clients, care about delivering excellent insurance outcomes and want real room to grow your career, this is a role you'll want to explore. This role offers hybrid working.

Key responsibilities:
Manage an existing insurance portfolio
Develop genuine,



long-term client relationships and act as a reliable adviser on all risk and insurance matters
Provide tailored insurance solutions for both commercial and retail clients
Drive new business growth and prospects
Manage renewals, endorsements, claims and insurer negotiations

About You:
Proven experience managing a portfolio
Strong commercial and general insurance knowledge
Demonstrated ability to generate new business and identify growth opportunities
Tier 1 qualification
Highly proactive, business-minded and able to work with autonomy
