Coles Group seeks a Store Manager for Coles Supermarkets at Dandenong Plaza to lead daily store operations, drive commercial targets and deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll develop the store retail plan, coach a 100+ team and embody Coles’ standards across merchandising, safety and compliance.

You’ll play a pivotal role in a multi-million dollar store, reporting to the Regional Manager and ensuring a best-in-class shopping experience for our diverse communities.
