We are currently seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our client’s operations in the Moranbah/Dysart region .
This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys the pace of a site setting, takes pride in keeping things organised, and can confidently support both operational and administrative requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site administration, including data entry, filing and maintaining accurate records
Coordinate schedules and liaise with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders
Process and reconcile site invoices, expenses and other administrative documentation
Coordinate onboarding for new starters, including medicals, inductions and employee file updates
Organise site training and maintain relevant compliance records
Support site safety, compliance and broader operational requirements
Assist with general site coordination to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a Site Administrator or similar site-based support role
Current Standard 11
CBM, or willingness to obtain
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy site workplace
Positive understanding of site safety, compliance and documentation requirements
Confident communication skills and a proactive, reliable approach
Previous experience on a BMA site will be highly regarded
