DISUKO is a Japanese rooftop restaurant operated by Mamas Dining Group in Melbourne. We are seeking Sushi Chefs at Commis level or CDP level to join the DISUKO kitchen team, working across our sushi section and delivering high-quality sushi and sashimi while maintaining consistency and presentation.
The ideal candidate has solid Japanese kitchen or sushi experience, is comfortable in a high-volume, rapid-paced setting, and is eager to develop skills within an established hospitality group.
