Visy is seeking a Site Manager to lead the Smithfield Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in NSW, reporting to the State Operations Manager NSW. You will oversee safety, people and financial performance while driving EBITDA, productivity and resource recovery outcomes.
In this rapid-paced, heavy industrial workplace you will build capability, embed a culture of continuous improvement and partner with internal stakeholders, councils, contractors and customers to deliver solid site performance.
