About the chance:

As the HR Systems Analyst, you'll play an key role in ensuring the organisation's People Systems are well governed, continuously improved and aligned with business needs.

With a broad focus across project coordination, governance, process improvement and HRIS support, this is a great chance for someone who enjoys working across both people and technology.

Key responsibilities:
Coordinate HR and Payroll People Systems projects
Coordinate system testing, including UAT, SIT and regression testing
Maintain People Systems governance, documentation and audit processes




Identify opportunities to improve HR and Payroll processes, systems and ways of working
Support SAP SuccessFactors releases, system upgrades and issue resolution

About you

You're a tech-savvy, structured and analytical qualified who enjoys improving processes and working with systems. You'll ideally bring:
Strong SuccessFactors, Workday or Dayforce experience
Experience in a similar HRIS role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in explaining systems/processes.
