St George Hospital is seeking a Patient Experience Officer for the Emergency Department on a temporary full time basis. The role focuses on enhancing patient and family communication and experience, working with clinical staff to maintain compassionate care in our ED and COVID-19 clinics.

The position is targeted for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people by exception, with SESLHDS values of equity and inclusion guiding the recruitment process.
