Curis Recruitment is seeking a Health Coach to support Virtual Health Services across regional Queensland, focusing on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health outcomes. You will use telemonitoring and education to help clients manage chronic conditions and engage with the program.

Working within a supportive multidisciplinary team, you will coordinate care with GPs and other specialists, deliver clinical education and health promotion, and travel regionally as required to deliver services.
