Responsibilities
Responsibilities include setting objectives, providing technical leadership for scalable architecture and high-quality systems, coaching engineering managers and staff engineers, fostering an inclusive and team-oriented workplace, partnering with product and business stakeholders, and driving process innovation.
Qualifications
Requires senior engineering leadership experience, solid technical knowledge of modern engineering practices and cloud technologies (preferably GCP), expertise in microservices, containerisation, orchestration, and scaling low-latency, high-availability systems. Familiarity with optimization techniques and AI model delivery challenges is desirable.
