We are seeking a proactive and dynamic solicitor to join our Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years post‑qualification experience in family law who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to take their career to the next level.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport‑building, with sensitivity to the personal nature of family law matters
Take initiative in managing a diverse family law caseload, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of legal services
Coordinate with colleagues to develop strategies, share insights, and foster a cohesive team environment
Prepare and review legal documents with precision, upholding the highest standards of accuracy
Persuasively advocate for clients, aiming for fair and practical outcomes in negotiations
Drive tasks to completion with determination, meeting deadlines even under pressure
About you
Admitted as a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience in family law
Able to obtain an unrestricted practising certificate in NSW
Proven ability to manage family law matters independently from start to finish
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivering quality outcomes
Articulate and confident, with the ability to influence and persuade others effectively
Self‑motivated with the ability to deliver exceptional results independently
Robust attention to detail ensuring high‑quality work that meets exacting standards
Able to handle multiple priorities seamlessly and remain composed under tight deadlines
