Live-in Housekeeper req in the Cotswolds, Gatehouse, £45k+ gpa, ASAP start
A lovely private family is seeking anexperienced, warm and highly capable Live-In Housekeeper to become the primarymember of staff within their household. Based in the beautiful Cotswolds(GL56), the family are currently living in a rental property while their newhome is being refurbished, with the successful candidate required to workacross two Cotswolds properties and occasionally assist at the family’s NottingHill residence.
The household comprises of a couple, two teenagersand four dogs, so a genuine love of dogs and confidence with pet care areessential.
The successful candidate will take fullresponsibility for the smooth running and upkeep of the homes, including allhousekeeping, laundry, caring for furniture and antiques,
sewing and mending,household organisation and assisting with the youngest particularly around backto school routines. The ideal candidate will also be a valuable family cook, withculinary experience and confidence preparing meals and entertaining; experiencewith dinner parties would be a bonus. The family are looking for someone warm,discreet, proactive and versatile, who is happy to become part of the family.
The role is Monday to Friday, approximately8am–6pm, with the occasional weekend, and flexibility to travel between theproperties is essential.
A full driving licence is required and a carwill be provided for work purposes.
Accommodation: Separate 1 bed gatehouse provided.Pets and partners are welcome.
Start date: Role to commence as soon as theright candidate is found.
