MECCA George St Flagship store seeks a senior Assistant Sales Manager (2IC) to lead one of the store’s floors, reporting to the Sales Manager. You will drive customer experience, coach a large team of 80+ and partner with senior leaders to achieve solid commercial results.
You’ll lead from the shop floor, role modelling MECCA Magic and embedding the brand values across the team in a quick-paced flagship workplace. This is a full-time role with significant leadership visibility.
