Premier Fresh Australia is seeking a hands-on Shed Supervisor to lead day-to-day packing shed operations in a quick-paced setting. You will coordinate labour, supervise the shed team and ensure quality, safety and production targets are met, with an early 7:00am start.
You will work closely with site management to drive continuous improvement, oversee compliance with WHS and HACCP, and maintain records for reporting. A proactive, hands-on leader with solid communication will thrive in this role.
