Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group in Kiama is seeking a Deputy Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing and lead our 135-bed residential aged care home. You will provide clinical leadership, empower the multidisciplinary team and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

You will oversee data collection, accompany accreditation processes, manage risk and contribute to meetings. We offer a well-supported team, ongoing development and a competitive remuneration package.
