Dawn is looking for an experienced Full time Chef to join the kitchen team in Ocean Grove. You'll work alongside the Head Chef and existing kitchen team across breakfast, lunch and selected dinner services in a busy, established venue with a strong daytime trade and a growing Friday and Saturday night offering.
Key responsibilities
Run a section during high-volume service
Contribute ideas for specials and menu development
Maintain excellent presentation, consistency and attention to detail
Manage food costs, portion control and wastage
Work across breakfast, lunch and selected dinner services
About you
Strong experience in a busy commercial kitchen
Genuine passion for food, produce and current food trends
Organised,
reliable and good to work with
Availability across weekends and some evenings
