We're looking for a Subway Assistant Manager to join our group!

Primary Location Horsham VIC

Role
Day to day Subway operations (100% on-the-floor role)
Determining special promotions, stock levels and service standards
Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
Depending on market trends, holiday periods and special events.
Promoting and advertising the establishmen's goods and services
Maintaining records of stock levels and manage financial transactions
Discuss business strategy with head office and undertake budgeting for the store
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
Train team (employees) in business standards and policies.

Salary
Package Salary $60,000 + 12% Super

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Experience working at Subway/ manager or supervisor experience
Positive, energetic and hardworking
Valuable customer service skills
Basic computer knowledge
Flexibility with working hrs
Team building ability
Ability to work under pressure

MUST HAVE:
Valid Australian Driver's License
National Police Check - certificate
Food safety supervisor training certificate
