Our client is a leading Australian manufacturer of sailing hardware and architectural systems and is currently looking for reliable General Factory Hands to join their team in Braeside.

This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking for short-term, hands-on factory work, with an immediate start available.

About the Role You will be working as part of a busy manufacturing team, assisting with general assembly and production duties.
Your duties will include:
Feeding wire rope through frames
Clipping and securing wires
General assembly and factory duties
Using basic hand tools
Manual handling
Maintaining a clean and protected work area
Following workplace safety procedures

About You We are looking for candidates who are:
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable with hands-on factory work
Confident using basic hand tools
Have good hand skills and attention to detail
Physically capable of manual handling
Able to follow instructions and safety procedures
Available to commit to the full 4–8 week assignment
Available to start immediately
Have reliable transport to Braeside

Previous factory, manufacturing or assembly experience is highly regarded, however, reliable candidates with a practical, hands-on attitude are encouraged to apply.
