Ready to own your territory and make your mark?

We're looking for a motivated and commercially minded Sales Engineer who thrives on winning recent business and building strong customer relationships. You'll take ownership of a large and diverse territory, spending your time on-site with customers, developing opportunities and maintaining a high level of market activity. Ideal for someone who enjoys travel, values autonomy and brings the energy, resilience and tenacity needed to succeed in a field-based sales role.

Covering Brisbane through to Toowoomba, you'll take ownership of a diverse industrial territory, maintaining a high level of customer activity with 15+ meetings per week, identifying current opportunities and delivering technical solutions to manufacturing and industrial clients.

What You'll Do
Drive new business growth across your territory
Build strong relationships with manufacturing and industrial customers
Conduct site visits, technical assessments and solution presentations




Provide solutions across hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, valves and mechanical systems
Manage opportunities from prospecting through to close
Travel regularly throughout the region, including overnight stays

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering or industrial business development
A genuine hunter mindset with robust business development capability
High energy, resilience and tenacity
Strong relationship-building and solution-selling skills
Technical knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics or mechanical systems
Experience within manufacturing, process industries or industrial environments
