One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments is looking to engage 3 experienced Manager Delivery Managers to be part of a project team and requires the ability to resolve issues and risks across a broad range of activities of substantial depth and significant detail. The role requires providing support to the team leadership of their work area in the planning and coordination of the team. The successful Delivery Managers will secure a 12 month contract with the view to be extended for a further 12 months and receive a rewarding hourly rate!

The successful Delivery Managers will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Facilitating multiple scrum teams in an agile project environment.
Managing project scope and timeline via sprint and release planning in line with wider organisational commitments.
Coordinating sprints and retrospective meetings which review the previous sprint and daily scrum stand-ups.





The successful Delivery Managers will have experience in the following:
At least 3+ years’ experience facilitating the delivery of complex projects using Agile Methodologies.
A solid understanding of the SAFe methodology and its application within a large and complex Program, preferably within a government context.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to make sure all user stories are prepared for the sprints.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues to achieve outcomes.
