Your New Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Support Officer to join an established software business in a part time (20 hours per week, across 5 days), 100% remote, work from home role.
You'll provide day-to-day customer support, user assistance, online training and administration, helping clients get the most out of the company's software platform. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone from customer service, client support, help desk or administration who enjoys problem solving, building relationships and working independently.
Benefits

$80,000 - $95,000 + super pro rata

Responsibilities
Providing timely and effective client and customer support
Responding to user queries and providing clear solutions
Delivering and assisting with online client training
Supporting clients with the use of the software platform
Maintaining and improving customer support resources
Building robust relationships with clients and internal teams
About You
Experience in customer service, client support, technical support, administration or help desk support
Self‐motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Experience working with accountants or accounting professionals, or a qualification in accounting or finance is essential
