We are currently seeking a skilled qualified and skilled Retail Manager to join our team at Camen Jewellers Joondalup. The position is full time. For a successful candidate an annual salary of $79,500 + superannuation will be offered.

Duties:
Overseeing and managing the daily store operations.
Creating business and marketing strategies to attract current customers, expand store traffic, and increase profitability.
Supervising customer service staff, technicians, and support employees to ensure high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
Planning and preparing work schedules for staff and service appointments for clients
Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
Meeting sales goals by training, engaging, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Organise special promotions, displays and events.
Appropriately manage issues that arise from staff or customers to uphold high standard of service quality.




Providing recommendations on appliance repairs, maintenance, and replacement options tailored to customer needs and budgets.
Provide product recommendations and sell goods to customers according to their needs or wants.
Monitoring inventory levels and ordering of merchandise and stock as needed.
Keep records of financial transactions and manage store budget.
Achieve sale goals by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analysing variances.
Ensure staff comply with established store security level, as well as sales and record keeping procedures and practices.
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience
Hold relevant qualification
