/nOur client, a well-established Victorian civil contractor with over 45 years' industry experience, is looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager to join their team. With a strong pipeline of residential and industrial subdivision projects and medium-to-high density developments across Melbourne's South East growth corridor and Gippsland, this is a outstanding prospect to join a reputable, family-run business with genuine project longevity./n
Key Responsibilities /n

/n

/n
Manage the end-to-end delivery of civil subdivision and medium density projects, from mobilisation through to completion

/n
Oversee project programming, budgets, cost control and subcontractor management

/n
Coordinate civil works including roadworks, kerbing and concrete paving, stormwater drainage, sewer reticulation, earthworks and underground power reticulation

/n
Liaise directly with clients, developers, engineers, authorities and internal site teams

/n
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification and quality standards

/n




Manage variations, claims and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

/n
Support tender and pre-construction planning as required

/n

About You /n

/n

/n
Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager, ideally within subdivisional and/or medium density residential or industrial developments

/n
Strong understanding of civil construction disciplines - roadworks, drainage, earthworks, services

/n
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills

/n
Comfortable managing multiple projects/stages concurrently

/n
Victorian civil construction industry experience highly regarded

/n
