How you will make contributions that matterAs the National Business Manager – Independent Grocery (Metcash), you will take ownership of a key national portfolio and drive growth through strong customer partnerships and category leadership.
Reporting to the Head of Sales – Independent Grocery, you'll take full ownership of commercial outcomes while partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders.Key elements of your role will include:Developing and executing Joint Business Plans to deliver sales growth and category performanceBuilding strong, long-term relationships with Metcash and Multi Store Operators becoming a trusted commercial partnerDriving distribution, share of shelf, profitability and market share outcomesLeading forecasting and demand planning accuracy across internal and external stakeholdersAnalysing market and scan data to identify opportunities and drive strategic decisionsManaging P&L; outcomes including trade investment and promotional planningSupporting new product development, tenders and key customer initiativesAbout youProven experience in a National Business Manager positionStrong experience within Independent Grocery (essential)
