We're the perfect place for families to meet for an overdue long lunch, for mates to catch up for a beer and to watch the game, to celebrate a milestone birthday or special event — everything a local should be and more.Salary: From $85,000 + superannuation + bonusA day in the life of a Head Chef:Command the kitchen like it's your own, keeping it running smooth, safe, and profitableBe a key part of the leadership crew, working closely with the Publican and FOH teamShare your passion, skills, and creativity to grow a high-performing kitchen teamKeep the connection between the kitchen and front of house flowing with good vibes and great food every shiftInherent requirements:This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
