Join a specialist concrete structures contractor delivering complex civil, infrastructure and structural projects across Australia.
With a strong pipeline of secured and upcoming works throughout Sydney Metro and Regional NSW, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer or Project Engineer to join the team.
This Sydney-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of project delivery, contract administration, commercial management and client relationships while working closely with site teams to successfully deliver challenging projects.

What You'll Be Doing Contract interpretation and administration Managing contractual obligations and project compliance requirements Preparing, assessing and submitting progress claims Identifying, pricing and negotiating variations Monitoring project budgets, forecasts and cash flow Preparing monthly project reports and commercial updates Coordinating engineering and technical activities across projects Developing and maintaining construction programs Managing procurement and subcontractor engagement Supporting project delivery teams to achieve program, quality and productivity targets Building and maintaining strong client, consultant and subcontractor relationships Ensuring project milestones and contractual deliverables are achieved Safety First, Always Safety, Integrity and Quality are non-negotiable.
You will: Lead and promote the values of Safety, Integrity and Quality Drive a proactive safety culture with zero tolerance for unsafe behaviours Participate in site activities, audits,



inspections and incident investigations Ensure compliance with project risk management processes and quality systems Work collaboratively with the HSE team to continuously improve project performance About You You're a driven construction professional who takes ownership and delivers results.
You will have: Degree qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 5 years' experience delivering civil, infrastructure, mining or structural construction projects Strong understanding of contract administration and commercial management Experience preparing progress claims, variations and project reporting Knowledge of construction programming, temporary works designs and project controls Solid communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams Highly Regarded Experience delivering reinforced concrete structures Exposure to major infrastructure, transport or industrial projects Experience managing project budgets and forecasting Experience on medium to large-scale construction projects What's On Offer $*******k + super, plus a work vehicle Strong pipeline of secured work across Sydney and Regional NSW Technically challenging concrete structures projects Supportive and collaborative team environment Genuine career progression opportunities Great company culture Sydney-based, with some travel to regional sites such as Wagga, Mudgee and Canberra.
