Job DescriptionWe are inviting applications for the position of Director of People and Culture to join our Executive team and play a vital role in shaping the College's workforce and culture.
This is a pivotal position that provides strategic leadership and trusted advice to the Principal and Executive leaders.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic workforce initiatives that align with the College's mission and values.
Lead organisational design and change management efforts to enhance effectiveness and adaptability.
Oversee policy development, compliance, and talent management processes.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through effective people and culture strategies.
Proactively develop good work design to ensure employee engagement and wellbeing.
Selection Criteria:
Personal relationship with Jesus Christ,



active participation in a local church, and support for the College's vision.
Relevant tertiary qualifications such as an MBA in HR (preferably) and extensive experience in a people and culture leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.
Demonstrated experience in workforce strategy development, organisational design, policy development, and change management.
Strong skills in leadership, planning, and delivering results, with a commitment to child safety.
Current Working with Children Check.
