You'll work across strategy, capital allocation, investment assessment, valuations, M&A; analysis, market intelligence and competitor analysis, partnering with senior leaders across Select Harvests.You'll have the opportunity to work on complex and commercially significant projects, build sophisticated financial models and translate financial, operational and market information into clear recommendations for senior management and the Board.What you'll doSupport business and enterprise strategy through financial analysis,



scenario modelling and fact-based recommendationsAssess strategic options, growth opportunities, partnerships and other major business initiativesDevelop financial models and business cases for capital expenditure, growth projects and significant investmentsAssess investments using cash flow, ROI, payback, NPV, IRR and sensitivity analysisDevelop valuation models across orchards, water, processing assets, businesses and strategic opportunitiesSupport acquisition, divestment, leasing, partnership and other transaction assessmentsUndertake financial due diligence and coordinate specialist inputs where requiredAnalyse almond and broader agricultural markets, including supply, demand, pricing, production, yields, export flows and competitor trendsDevelop market outlooks and insights to support strategy, planning and investment decisionsBuild and maintain robust financial and analytical modelsPrepare clear analysis, briefing papers and presentations for senior management and the BoardPartner across the business to challenge assumptions and improve the quality of commercial decision-makingWhat we're looking forA tertiary qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business, Engineering,



Agricultural Economics or another relevant quantitative disciplineIdeally 5+ years' experience in commercial analysis, corporate finance, transaction advisory, investment analysis, strategy consulting, valuations, business planning or a comparable roleAdvanced financial modelling capability, including integrated cash flow, discounted cash flow, investment returns, scenario and sensitivity analysisExperience assessing capital projects, business cases, strategic opportunities or transactionsStrong ability to analyse complex financial, operational and market dataAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsStrong commercial judgement and the ability to identify the key assumptions and value drivers behind a decisionExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex analysis clearly to senior and non-technical stakeholdersThe ability to work independently, structure ambiguous problems and manage competing prioritiesExperience in agribusiness, asset management, food manufacturing, infrastructure, natural assets, water, property or other capital-intensive sectors would be advantageousA CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent qualification, or progress towards one, would also be highly regarded.What we offerAt Select Harvests, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
