toolbox talks and take 5s, and actively promote a positive safety culture within the crewIdentify hazards, participate in risk assessments and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures, permits and work instructionsLiaise with surveyors, engineers, plant operators and other work fronts to coordinate activities and minimise downtimeMentor and develop crew members, including operators and labourersComplete daily diaries, timesheets, plant records and quality documentation accurately and on timeMaintain a clean, organised and safe work workplace at all timesExperience/Qualifications:Demonstrated experience as a Leading Hand, Crew Leader or Foreman on bulk earthworks within civil construction, roadworks or resourcesHands on experience with bulk earthmoving fleets, particularly moxy dump trucks and scrapersSound understanding of civil drawings, survey marks, levels and earthworks tolerancesRequired - Current C Class driver's licenceRequired - Current Construction Induction Card (White Card)If you are successful for this position you will need to provide a current national police clearance and pass a full medical.Must have full rights to work in Australia.About Us:Red Arrow Australia is a distinguished Recruitment Solutions enterprise, proudly 100% Indigenous owned.
