Working closely with dealers, customers, and internal teams, you'll play a key role in reducing machine downtime, resolving complex technical issues, and improving customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for construction equipmentInvestigate and resolve complex hydraulic, electrical, engine,



powertrain, and electronic system issuesSupport dealers through technical guidance, coaching, and trainingManage escalated customer and machine downtime casesReview warranty claims and support product failure investigationsConduct dealer and customer site visits, machine inspections, and technical assessmentsSupport new product launches, field campaigns, and continuous improvement initiativesWork closely with engineering, product support, and quality teams to improve product reliabilityExperience RequiredTrade qualified in Heavy Equipment, Diesel Mechanics, Automotive, Agricultural Machinery, or a related fieldStrong experience with construction equipment or heavy machineryAdvanced diagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systemsExperience working with dealer networks, field service, or technical support environmentsCustomer-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable travelling to dealer and customer sites as requiredWhat We OfferWe offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
