We're looking for an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to join our People & Culture team on a contract basis.This is an opportunity to take your clinical experience beyond traditional nursing and have a direct impact on how our Mentors are trained, supported and equipped to provide safe, high-quality support.About the roleBased from our Campbelltown office, with regular travel to AMS sites, you'll work closely with our People & Culture, Quality and operational teams to provide clinical leadership, education and consultancy across the organisation.You'll play an important role in strengthening clinical practice and supporting our teams across areas including:Medication managementIncident management and restrictive practicesHIDPA and DRHS supportsClinical competency assessments and sign-offsStaff training, coaching and developmentNDIS Practice Standards and complianceWHS and site-based supportYou'll be someone who enjoys getting out from behind the desk, working alongside frontline teams and turning clinical knowledge into practical, confident support.What you'll be doingConduct competency assessments,
observations and clinical sign-offsProvide on-the-job coaching and real-time feedback to MentorsComplete annual medication competency assessmentsProvide clinical oversight for HIDPA and DRHSIdentify training needs and develop practical training solutionsDeliver training programs and facilitate education sessionsSupport compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, legislation and AMS policiesReview relevant health and wellbeing documentationConduct regular site visits and support WHS initiativesWork alongside Regional Managers, Practice Leads and Team LeadersContribute to AMS's Mentor Quality and Core Competency FrameworksPartner with our Continuous Improvement & Quality team to strengthen clinical practiceAbout youYou're an experienced Registered Nurse with strong clinical knowledge and a passion for education, coaching and continuous improvement.You'll bring:Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registrationExperience at RN3 / Clinical Nurse Consultant level3–5+ years' post-registration nursing experienceExperience in disability,
