We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Territory Manager to help grow and support our customers.About the RoleAs a Territory Manager, you will be the face of Ecolab Institutional, managing a portfolio of customers while identifying new business opportunities through distributor partnerships and direct relationships.This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety-mixing customer engagement, technical service, problem-solving and commercial growth.
You'll spend time on the road, supporting aged care customers and other institutional partners.
You will also undertake basic on-site installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Ecolab equipment-so comfort with the use of basic hand and power tools is key.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Management & GrowthManage and grow a defined territory across the Institutional sectorBuild strong relationships with aged care facilities, hospitality venues and commercial customersWork with distributors to identify and convert new business opportunitiesConduct site assessments,
recommend solutions and deliver product demonstrationsTechnical Service & SupportInstall and maintain small Ecolab dispensing and dosing systems (basic power tools required)Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex service needs when requiredTrain customers on safe and effective use of Ecolab products and systemsCommercial & Operational ExecutionDeliver on territory sales targets and new business pipelineMaintain accurate activity reporting, forecasting and CRM updatesEnsure all work aligns with Ecolab's safety, quality and service standardsAbout YouYou are a proactive, customer-first professional who enjoys balancing account management, hands-on service and commercial growth.
You'll bring:Experience working in or supporting aged care, hospitality, healthcare or related sectorsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsProblem-solving mindset with the ability to work independentlyComfort using basic tools (e.g., drill, screwdriver, wrench) and willingness to learnValid driver's licence and ability to travel as requiredExperience in hygiene, facilities, chemicals or services is valuable but not essential-full training is provided.Why Ecolab?
