01st October, **** Our client is looking for a confident, friendly and organised Host to be the first point of contact for their guests and help create an amazing first impression from the moment they walk through the door.
What you'll be doing: Warmly greeting and welcoming guests Managing the first-touch guest experience Managing reservations and the floor plan Taking and managing phone calls Assisting with guest enquiries and requests Using SevenRooms to manage bookings and reservations Working closely with the floor and management team to ensure a smooth service Keeping the host area organised and professional What we're looking for:



Full-time availability Excellent communication and customer service skills Fluent English - essential A valid RSA - essential Confident, friendly and well-presented Great attention to detail and the ability to stay organised in a busy environment Hospitality experience is preferred, but the right attitude is just as significant Full training will be provided on SevenRooms Bonus points ️ It's a big plus if you already know how to: Carry 3 plates Carry a tray of drinks Jump in and help the floor team when needed If you're energetic, reliable, love hospitality and know how to make guests feel welcome, we'd love to hear from you!
