The Fresh Collective is recruiting Casual Chef de Partie team members for two exciting Canberra opportunities: Curiosa Wine Bar and the National Portrait Gallery Canberra.
Curiosa Wine Bar is Canberra's newest neighbourhood wine bar, inspired by the food, wine and culture of Italy.
At the National Portrait Gallery, our team delivers high-quality café food and events catering in one of Canberra's most iconic cultural venues.
These are varied, hands-on roles for capable chefs who enjoy fast-paced kitchens and take pride in consistently great food and presentation.
The opportunities:
Curiosa Wine Bar: approximately 24 hours per week, with evening shifts rostered Wednesday to Sunday.
National Portrait Gallery Canberra: approximately 24 hours per week, with daytime shifts available across the week.
About you:




Experience in a busy café, restaurant or events kitchen
Confidence running your own section
Robust communication skills and a positive, team-first approach
A passion for cooking and an openness to learning
Valid Australian working rights

Casual Level 6 hourly rate plus super
