Working closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, and backend teams, you will design, build and optimise front-end solutions that support key digital initiatives.
This is a hands-on role where you will also provide guidance on best practices, contribute to continuous improvement, and help uplift front-end development standards across the business.In this role, you will:Design and develop responsive, accessible front-end solutions using React and modern frameworksCollaborate with Product, UX/UI and backend teams to deliver seamless digital experiencesCreate prototypes and concepts to validate ideas and support digital initiativesEnsure code quality, governance and adherence to best practices through reviews and source controlPartner with external agencies to guide and oversee front-end development outcomesWork in an Agile environment, contributing to continuous improvement and fast delivery cyclesAbout You You are a highly skilled front-end developer with a passion for creating intuitive, high-performing digital experiences.
