You'll have a challenging and rewarding career in the hospitality industry.About the roleIn your new role as Finance Graduate Trainee, you will have the opportunity to rapid-track your career to a Finance Leadership role within two years.
Your leadership skills will be developed through formal training, productive 'on the job' learning, and the benefit and support of a dedicated Senior Management mentor.
You will also gain a sound understanding of all hotel operations through an effective cross-training program and have access to further your Accounting education as funded by the program.At the end of the two-year program you will graduate into a full-time Senior Finance role based on your performance throughout the program, at a location within APAC, as determined by business needs (preferences for final location are taken into account).
ResponsibilitiesPlacement locationsInitially the successful candidate will be placed in Australasia's centralised finance team in Sydney, for up to 9 months.
On successful completion, the successful candidate will have the option to get further exposure of finance business partnering opportunities based in a hotel in Sydney or further abroad (depending on mobility preferences).
