With six locations currently across VIC, NSW and QLD, our purpose-built spaces are designed to transport guests into a state of calm from the moment they walk in — and we extend that same level of care to our team.About the RoleAs a Head Spa Therapist, you'll deliver deeply relaxing treatments including scalp massage, shampooing, hair-drying and consultations to help clients reduce stress and improve scalp and hair health.No prior experience in head spa is needed — full training provided.JOB ROLE SPECIFICSRate of Pay (permanent pay rates):
$26–$27 per hour for recent graduates.
$28–$35 per hour for experienced hair and massage professionals.
Penalty rates for Saturdays and Sundays.
Tips and monthly rebook incentives.
Hours:




Full-time or Part-time positions with guaranteed hours.
We are open 8am – 10pm, 7 days a week and offer morning and evening shifts.
(please note most positions require a mix of morning and evening shifts)
What We're Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
A minimum Certificate IV in Hairdressing or Certificate in Massage Therapy/Remedial Massage or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy
Previous salon or clinic experience in hair and/or massage and/or facial massage is essential.
A genuine interest in hair and scalp health, relaxation therapies, and holistic wellness.
Professional grooming and presentation, with strong communication and customer service skills.
The physical capacity for 6–8-hour shifts.
A willingness to learn and embrace Japanese wellness culture.
