About the RoleReporting to the Senior Accounts Payable Officer and based in our Perth CBD office, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, reconciliations and expense claims.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers, you'll support an efficient procure-to-pay process, help resolve discrepancies, assist with month-end activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a collaborative and high-performing accounts payable team.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices and employee expense claims accurately and in a timely mannerEnsure suppliers are paid in accordance with agreed terms and maintain accurate accounts payable recordsPerform supplier reconciliations and resolve invoice, payment, and account queriesSupport month-end reporting,
