About the Role
Join our team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager and help lead safe, consistent care while supporting your team to thrive.
Lead continuity and consistency of care
Support practice change and service improvement
Assist with staffing, rostering and performance
Guide less experienced nurses and foster teamwork
About You
You'll bring sound clinical practice, leadership skills and a cooperative approach, along with:
Registered Nurse with current or eligible registration
Clinical nursing experience and demonstrated competence
Experience supervising students and less experienced nurses
Strong communication, problem solving and conflict skills
Ability to prioritise, meet timelines and work independently
