Talent Corp in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Recruitment Adviser to join a busy People & Culture team within the Victorian Public Sector.
This role is hands-on and highly transactional, managing activity across portfolios and supporting hiring managers through the end-to-end process.
The contract is for 3 months VPS4, with an emphasis on timely recruitment workflows, accurate records, and robust stakeholder relationships.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is essential.
