Anglicare Southern Queensland – Beenleigh QLD is seeking a Practitioner to support young people aged 16 to 25 in accommodation and community settings.
The role focuses on trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centred support to help young people achieve housing stability and meaningful outcomes.
The position is full-time (38 hours per week) at the current Beenleigh youth accommodation service, featuring 30 semi-independent one-bedroom units.
