Working closely with the Pharmacy Manager and Owner, you'll take responsibility for front-of-shop operations, creating a welcoming customer experience and helping the team achieve strong retail results.

About the Role
Lead, roster, coach and develop the retail team
Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns with care
Manage stock, ordering, pricing, merchandising and promotions
Monitor sales and wage costs, identifying opportunities to improve performance
Promote pharmacy services and loyalty programs
Keep the store safe, organised and operating smoothly
Who We're Looking For
You might already be a Retail Manager, or you may be a Senior Pharmacy Assistant who's been coordinating staff, supporting daily operations and is ready for the next step.
You'll bring:
Retail management, supervisory or senior pharmacy assistant experience
Community pharmacy qualifications (if applying as a senior assistant)
Strong communication, customer service and leadership skills
Confidence with stock control, merchandising and POS systems
A practical, hands‐on approach and a genuine care for customers
