Rehoboth Christian College seeks talented Flute and Trumpet Instrumental Music Program (IMP) Tutors to provide tuition for Years 4 to Year 12 commencing Term ******. Part-time contract roles.
An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented and experienced Brass Tutor, specialising in trumpet, as well as a Flute Tutor, to join our Instrumental Music Tutor team at the start of Term ******.

About the Position
Trumpet Tutor
You will be providing quality trumpet tuition to students ranging from Year 4 to Year 12 at the Kenwick campus. You will have the skills required to prepare students for external exams (such as AMEB), have experience with a variety of musical styles and genres; including but not limited to classical (Western Art Music) and Christian worship music.
This will be a part time contract, approximately one hour a week with a potential to grow the brass program.
Flute Tutor
You will be providing quality flute tuition to students ranging from Year 4 to Year 12 at either the Kenwick or Wilson campuses. You will have the skills required to prepare students for external exams (such as AMEB), have experience with a variety of musical styles and genres; including but not limited to classical (Western Art Music) and Christian worship music.
This will be a part-time contract, approximately four hours a week across both Campuses.
To be successful for this role you must be able to communicate effectively with young people, parents and staff.

Applicants must demonstrate (by way of a testimonial letter from your pastor/elder):
active involvement in a local Protestant Christian church, and
a consistent and exemplary Christian lifestyle.
Essential Requirements
you must hold or obtain a Working with Children Check , and
you must hold or obtain a Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check that is no more than three months old.
