What your day could look like
As Allied Health Clinical Lead – Health Operations Centre, you'll play a key role in helping patients access the right care at the right time.
From improving patient flow across services to influencing system-wide decisions, you'll work with clinicians, leaders and partners to deliver better experiences and outcomes for the community.

Coordinating care pathways that support safe, timely patient journeys across hospital and community settings.
Providing expert clinical advice and leadership for complex situations that require collaboration across multiple disciplines.
Leading service improvements that strengthen patient flow, hospital avoidance initiatives and quality of care.
Building strong partnerships and influencing decisions that improve service integration and operational performance.

Relevant allied health qualification and current professional registration or membership requirements.
Strong experience providing advanced clinical leadership and managing complex care coordination challenges.
Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
A collaborative approach with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and evidence-based practice.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience leading service redesign, workforce innovation or large‐scale improvement initiatives and/or postgraduate studies in leadership, healthcare or a related field.
