#### Job descriptionCook (Full time, Permanent)HALLS CREEK MOTEL AND RESTAURANT PTY LTDRussian Jacks Restaurant at the Halls Creek Motel, Halls Creek WA ****, are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the craft of cooking, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.You will:- Prepare and cook meals as per orders.
- Ensure use of quality ingredients.
- Follow recipes and set menus.
- Monitor stock and order supplies.
- Minimize wastage.
- Use and clean kitchen equipment.
- Estimate and cook bulk orders.
- Adhere to kitchen hygiene and safety standards.And you will have:- a relevant qualification in the form of an AQF Certificate III with at least 2 years of on-the-job training, or an AQF Certificate IV, or another acceptable trade qualification, or at least 2 years of relevant experience in lieu of a qualification.
- at least 1 year of additional relevant full-time or part time equivalent work experience in addition to a qualification listed above.




- proficiency in preparing a variety of cuisines and cooking techniques.
- strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- the ability to work well under pressure and in a quick-paced environment.
- excellent teamwork skills.
- the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
