About the Role:
You will lead the delivery of integrated mental health services across inpatient, intensive care and community settings within a stepped model of care.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams, overseeing workforce, resources, service development and consumer outcomes across the continuum of care.

Proven management and leadership experience across multidisciplinary mental health services.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving and change management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and influence at a senior level.
Experience managing human, financial and physical resources.
Demonstrated commitment to consumer engagement and culturally appropriate services for Aboriginal consumers and communities.
