Maintenance Supervisor | 3-Month Contract | Telfer, WA

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for an immediate-start, three-month contract at Telfer Mine, Western Australia.
Working an 8/6 roster across day and night shifts, you'll lead the maintenance crew, coordinate daily work and help keep the site's heavy mobile plant operating safely and reliably.About the role
Supervise maintenance activities and support the delivery of the maintenance plan
Lead pre-starts, allocate work and monitor progress throughout each shift
Coordinate planned maintenance and breakdown work with planning and operations teams
Promote safe work practices and maintain clear communication across the crew
What you'll need
Australian-recognised Mobile Plant Technology trade qualification and a diesel fitter background
Current S26 Supervisor ticket
At least 18 months' experience in a maintenance supervisory role within a mining environment
Robust experience maintaining heavy mobile plant, including CAT, Hitachi, Komatsu and/or Liebherr equipment
Sound safety leadership and the ability to manage competing priorities
Current Australian driver's licence
Ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
What's on offer
