About the Role
You'll be part of a team delivering quality dining experiences across Kingfisher Bay Resort's restaurants and dining outlets, helping create memorable moments for guests visiting K'gari.
Working across venues including Sand & Wood Restaurant, Dune Restaurant and Sand Bar, you'll prepare and serve quality meals while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene and safety in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Prepare and cook meals to menu and recipe standards
Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Support quality food presentation and service delivery
Assist with stock management and kitchen operations
Work collaboratively across multiple resort outlets
About You
You're passionate about food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering quality meals and great guest experiences.
You'll bring:
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
Food Safety certification (RSA desirable)
Experience in a high-volume resort, hotel or commercial kitchen
Strong organisation and time management skills
A positive attitude and passion for quality cuisine
